Obion County Board of Education

Preliminary Matters:

The Obion County Board of Education will meet in regular session April 13, 2009 at the Career Technology Center at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Items of Note:

During student/staff recognition, students who participated in Skills USA in Memphis and qualified for state competition will be recognized. Those participants include Obion County Central High School students Anna McBride (cosmetology) and Brock Griffin (carpentry) and South Fulton High School student Brent Rinker (electric wiring). In addition, the Academic Decathlon team will be recognized.

Consent Agenda (Item VI.):

The consent agenda consists of the Monthly Personnel Report, the Report of Substitute Teachers, and the Monthly Financial Reports/Business Activity.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda.
